Job Description
Responsible for analyzing, defining and communicating the business requirements and functional specifications for complex financial/banking programs.
Define and review the business case and requirements via regular reviews and controls to ensure that the system meets the client requirements
Work across multiple global business and technology groups on strategic programs, initial strategy/planning and scope definition through to process design, requirements development, testing, training and implementing of the solution.
Demonstrates a good understanding of business analyst's role in the Software Development Life Cycle processes and methodologies.
Propose innovative solutions to business problems.
Be able to manage uncertainty, rapid change, ambiguity, surprises, and a less defined environment.

Experience with best-in-class methods, tools and techniques for elicitation and documentation of requirements. This includes use case modeling, business process modeling, and formal requirements traceability techniques. Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Prior experience producing detail-level BRD/FRD and conducting inspections of required documents and quality reviews.
Extensive experience in functional and UAT test planning, test case development and execution and provide oversight to the testing team and developers.
