Job Description	Understand requirements and come up with design for implementation Work and guide team technically Must have good Object Oriented software engineering concepts and must be aware of software development life cycle processes Is expected to work in customer facing role Good analytical and problem solving skills. Should have strong verbal and written communications skills; pro-active and self driven approach for work; good team player and willing to learn new technologies Should have experience in effort estimation
Desired Profile	Required technical skills: Java, J2EE along with Web services or SOA arch. Database concepts (DB2 preferable) Exposure to WAS application server (preferable) P2P integrations (desirable) Application deployments and aware of deployment architectures Should have good programming experience in Java / J2EE experience in working with web services Knowledge of database concepts Have good problem solving and communication skills Exposure of WAS application server Required Bachelor's Degree English: Fluent
