Job Description:
  • Supervise batch charging and verification of RM Quantities and maintain Batch Production records
  • Check equipments and connected accessories for cleanliness and operate them as per the process norms
  • Monitor and maintain all parameters as per SOPs and ensure strict compliance with GMP and safety norms
  • Seek assistance for or escalate all process deviations/maintenance jobs
Desired Profile:
  • Experienced candidates from Pharmaceutical / Chemical Industry only may apply.
  • Knowledge of SOP’s and manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes such as compression, granulation, coating, capsule filling will be an added advantage.

Job Description:Responsible for preventive breakdown maintenance of plant and machinery, procurement and erection of equipments. Responsible for utility operations like chilling plant, air compressors, air conditioning/handling units.

Job Description:Co-ordinate with production department for carrying out civil engineering jobs. Ensure proper paintings in all the production /change room areas. Ensure the proper upkeep of flooring, covings and Epoxy/ PU floorings. Ensure the upkeep of doors, Windows, partitions in Production, Engineering and Administration block. Ensure the proper working of Wash area pipe lines and fittings. Ensure the complete Building maintenance on day�to-day basis and compliance to the audit requirements. Update the documents of building maintenance related work, checking contractor�s bills and identifying new contractor/s in case of requirements.
Experience:3-7 years
