Job Description	The Senior ATG Architect/analyst is responsible for guiding the technical implementation of the Unisys corporate website, 32 country sites and all the other Unisys digital properties that are implemented using the ATG platform. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the various ATG products and supporting technologies and will partner with and support the Unisys digital marketing agency by providing technical insights, making recommendations to the digital marketing team and assuring effective implementation of technology solutions to support the digital marketing requirements. The successful candidate will also have experience in interactive digital marketing, site and content personalization techniques, digital campaign development and implementation and social media integration. The candidate will work as part of a project team to coordinate database development, Content Administration and Outreach.
Desired Profile	• Minimum 7-8 years of professional experience in JAVA development of which atleast 3-4 years in ATG development/design. • Implemented at least two end to end projects in ATG core Technologies • Experience using ATG for various types of websites preferably B2B portals • Experience on sites extensively using Content Administration and media based assets like PDF/HTML/Images/Whitepapers etc • Proven track record of delivering complete, accurate and detailed results in a fast- paced marketing analysis environment. • Proven ability to independently identify needs and recommend solutions. • Ability to translate a business requirement into a set of technical implementations • Implementing systems that deliver targeted/personalized content based on user preferences and behavior • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently across business units • Proven ability to operate successfully with little supervision. • Highly proficient ATG/ JAVA developer, with ability to translate business requirements into code and can guide/motivate other developers to achieve the same • Collaborative nature with willingness to provide recommendations and solutions to a wide variety of internal clients. • Highly proficient with ability to make significant development coverage in Extending ATG platform, ATG Personalization & Scenario Development, ATG Content Administration and ATG Outreach • Processing forms using the out-of-the-box form handlers • Creating dynamic pages with JSP and the ATG DSP tag library • Using Nucleus components (scope, lifecycle and configuration) • Using the ATG Control Center to configure components and edit dynamic pages • Using out-of-the-box Dynamo Servlet Beans • Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills. • ATG 2006.3 or ATG 9.0 with CA and outreach • Application Server: JBoss, IBM, BEA, ATG • J2EE / Java programming required • ATG Content Administration • MS SQLServer DB • JBoss Web Server • IIS web server
