J2ee Technical Lead - ProKarma
- Should have 5-8 Years experience on J2EE Development, Design and Architecture.
- In-depth Knowledge of JSF / Spring (Core, JDBC & JMS) / Hibernate / Spring MVC / Ajax / Struts / EAI.
- Strong knowledge of SOA and Web Services.
- Good knowledge or experience in implementing projects with Domain Driven Design.
- Should have excellent experience with software design pattern.
- Need to have good experience in Unit testing
- Good Communication Skills mandatory.
- Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology is a plus.
- Good team mentoring skills.
