1)To cater to the product needs of the domestic customers in all possible manner
2)To process the order
3)To map customer’s stated and implied requirements and obtain customer feedback
4)To communicate customer stated and implied requirements to the concern Dept. for analysis and continual improvement
5)To study the domestic markets trends and analyze the impact of the same on our Business.
6)To study market potential and make sales projections so as to enable to the plant for planning production
7)To maintain close rapport with customer to achieve relationship marketing
8)To provide customer delightness through excellence in service
9) To implement the quality policy set by the company
10)Proper execution of indent / Purchase order of the domestic customer
11)Coordinate collection of sales proceeds and statutory documents
12)Achieve the targets set by the HOD.
13)Identify entry against orders of domestic customers
14)Any other duty assigned by Reporting Authority
