Job Description
Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with limited assistance
Contribute extensively in analysis, design and programming for major and minor software releases
Document code consistently throughout the development process
Provide assistance to Test Engineers and support personnel and other team members as and when needed.
Should be an active participant in all Scrum Events.
Be an active participant in product presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers
Research and recommend software tools for the organization and contribute on invention proposals.
Follow organizational process and update project dash boards on a daily basis. (TFS)
Mentor junior developers and team members

Demonstrated skill and ability designing, and maintaining a robust development environment that ensures version control, testing, and deployment of enterprise wide information systems.
Demonstrated advanced experience in reviewing and trouble-shooting complex code designs written by multiple developers, reverse engineering, and identifying incompatibilities.
