1 to 3 years experience as Quality analyst, Need to have excellent coaching skills . Would be responsible for conducting call coaching sessions with

CSP’s and responsible for their quality scores. Good Interpersonal skills and problem solving skills. Proficiency in Excel would be added advantage.

Associate Supply chain liaison officer (SCLO)(JG 9):-

• 0 to 2 years experience in frontline Customer service. Knowledge in logistics field would be added advantage. Proficiency in MS packages(Excel, WORD) is must.
  Good Interpersonal skills and Problem solving skills
