• Job Description:
  To be able to support exponential growth over the years, Medline is expanding their IT operations in Pune. We have immediate need of a .NET developer in our Manufacturing Development team that supports different functional areas like ERP, Custom Tray Management, Quoting, Costing, Rebates, and Digital Images.
  Some of the responsibilities are:
  Work closely with the business community to perform technical analysis for designing solutions, evaluating options.
  Has responsibility for detailed design, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software in their technical area and toolset. Serves as an IS point person for addressing issues and enhancements related to the specific product, functional and technical area.
  Ability to work independently on high complexity designs & programs.
  Ability to design and implement RIA (Rich Internet Applications).
  Ability to facilitate design meetings with users, management and architects.
  Analyzes production issues as necessary to determine the cause of the issue and determine the necessary course of action for resolution.
  Follows and helps to establish architectural standards.
  Creates and delivers documentation as necessary to ensure proper use of changed and newly implemented efforts.
  Maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Consistently able to interact professionally and work productively with all levels of Medline employees. Follows Medline’s Code of Ethics and other corporate policies.
  Skills / Experience:
  Minimum 4 years of extensive .Net experience in new program development, configuration of existing systems, new package/system evaluation, back-end and front-end development.
  C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL, MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008,Visual Studio.Net (2003, 2005, 2008), Visual Source Safe, MS Office, .NET Framework 2.0, 3.5, MS Windows.
  Strong and polished English communication, both written and oral.
  Strongly Preferred:
  SAP PDK for .Net, SAP NetWeaver, MS Access, Crystal Reports 2008, SSIS, DTS (Data Transformation Services) packages, Visio, Project.
  Systems experience with SAP Enterprise Portal.
  Deep understanding of business skills and procedures.
  Experience with full project lifecycle.
